A morning ritual of Qigong 🌬️🌊
Qigong is a system of coordinated body-posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. This modality is commonly used for the purpose of health, spirituality, and martial arts. With roots in China, Qigong is a great tool to help implement peace, balance, and quiet strength.
