What you can do now:
1) Increase Vitamin C and D,
2) Wash your hands often
3) Get adjusted,
4) If you begin to feel ill, increase Zinc and AVOID anti-inflammatory medications (Advil, Motrin, etc.) as NSAIDs increase the affects of the virus! Use Tylenol if you need to control fever or a headache.
