With the most recent announcement from Governor Sisolak, we are excited to announce we will be open on Friday, May 29th. We are in the process of rescheduling appointments, so we ask you to be patient during this time. There are new policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees and patients which are outlined below. Please review our updated policies and pricing before your visit and we look forward to seeing you soon.
-When you arrive for your appointment, please call (775) 507-7474. A staff member will come out to screen you for coronavirus symptoms prior to entering the facility.
-Only those scheduled for treatment will be allowed in the facility.
-Staff will wear a face mask, and our technicians will wear face shields when working within close proximity to your face. We kindly ask that you also wear a face mask upon entry.
-Our waiting area is temporarily closed, as chairs and reading materials have been removed.
-While we encourage using contactless payment whenever possible; credit card terminals will be wiped and sanitized frequently. If you plan to tip your technician with cash, please bring exact change to minimize exchange of money.
-Staff will wash their hands frequently, and hand sanitizer will be available upon entry and throughout the office.
-Injection chairs, facial beds, and any equipment and/or furniture will be sanitized between every client. New linens will be used for every client. Extra time has been scheduled after every appointment to ensure adequate cleaning.
-Any frequently touched surfaces (doors, handles, countertops, etc) will be wiped down frequently.

At Authentique Aesthetics health and safety are of the utmost importance to us, especially when it comes to our employees and patients. As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to affect Northern Nevada and Governor Sisolak’s decision to close nonessential businesses, Authentique will be closed starting today at 12:00 p.m. for 30 days. We plan to resume business starting on April 18th. Please follow our social media to stay up to date on any news concerning our hours of operation. For anyone who had a scheduled appointment within this time, we are reaching out to reschedule those appointments. If you would like to place orders for any skin care products during our closure, please email us at info@authentiquereno.com. Our receptionist will call you to confirm the order, receive payment and coordinate a pick-up time. We ask that when you come to get your order, please do not come into our office. We will bring the order to your car. Please allow at least 24 hours before someone reaches out to you regarding your order. We appreciate your business and wish all of our patients the best during this time.
