This immersive experience blends breathwork, poetry, and contrast therapy—activating your body’s natural D.O.S.E.(Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins) to boost your mood and energy the natural way.

What to expect: – Guided Breathwork Journey – Group Sauna Session + Cold Plunge Showers – Soulful Spoken Word Poetry – A Rejuvenating Elixir to close – Towels, tea, water, lockers, and all the cozy vibes provided
