Raised in Ukiah, California, and now a Reno local, Cheyanne earned her BS in Health Science cm laude from Purdue University Global and her PA degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. She discovered her love for urology during clinical rotations and is dedicated to providing quality care to our growing community.

🗓️ Help patients start their care experience on the right foot. Urology Nevada is hiring a Medical Scheduler to play a key role in supporting our patients and care teams.

In this position, you’ll coordinate appointments, assist with diagnostic testing, ensure accurate patient and insurance information, and work closely with our clinical and authorization teams. Your attention to detail helps create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient we serve.

Position details:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Pay range: $17–$20 per hour
• Competitive benefits, including PTO, health insurance, 401(k), pension plan, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program

This role is ideal for someone with medical scheduling experience who values accuracy, organization, and compassionate patient care.

Did you know Tess Jones, PA-C, is a fourth-generation Nevadan born and raised in Reno? 💙

After earning her undergrad at UNR on a golf scholarship and working locally as an MRI tech aide, Tess pursued a Master of Public Health in Ireland, where she also volunteered in the community.

Back in Northern Nevada, she earned her Physician Assistant degree at UNR School of Medicine and discovered her passion for urology, loving its mix of clinical care, hospital work, and surgery. Tess is board certified and a proud member of the AAPA and AUA.

When she’s not at Urology Nevada, you can find her on the golf course, pickleball court, or traveling to see friends and family. ⛳🏓✈️
