Christmas in July? Yes, please! 🎄 Neptune Reno Service Manager Sadie Quartucci attended a Christmas in July mixer, hosted by the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino with the Reno+Sparks Chamber of Commerce and their partners. There was a Nevada Wolf Pack Cheerleaders rally, a dance team, and lots of fun holiday food and drinks for community partners!

Neptune service managers in Omaha, Knoxville, Nashville, Louisville, Atlanta, Des Moines, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Little Rock brought smiles to folks in the great care of our local community hospice and assisted living partners with -themed door decorations.
"We all need to take stock in the simple joys of the seasons, and this is our way of making an impact with a simple gesture of love and respect," said Regional Service Manager Dave Preston.

“Living with the loss of a child is a never-ending journey. Finding help shouldn’t be a burden, too," said Rob Reider, cofounder and executive director of the Sad Dads Club, which supports dads who have endured death of a baby during pregnancy, labor or within the first few weeks after birth. The group also welcomes fathers who have lost children to sudden infant death syndrome and those who have lost older and even adult children.

After Brad Bailey buried his stillborn son, his wife encouraged him to join Sad Dads Club, a nonprofit with peer-to-peer community and support for bereaved fathers.

Keith Moore and Dennis Norris, of the Neptune marketing team, met with veterans and their families at the The American Legion, Department of Florida statewide convention, taking place June 12-15 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area and expecting about 3,000 attendees. Stop by to meet Keith and Dennis, who are giving away U.S. flag cases and lots of other swag, and learn about the benefits of preplanning.

Neptune Reno Service Manager Sadie Quartucci, and Funeral Directors Jeff Baughn and Denice Carpenter, at the Reno Aces ballgame. The team volunteered to help Nevada Donor Network with organ donor registration, and had some team bonding time watching the Aces play the Sugarland Space Cowboys.
“It was a blast – we had a lot of fun together!” Sadie said.

Neptune Reno Funeral Directors Denice Carpenter and Jeff Baughn braved the rain and snow to participate in Wreaths Across America Day at Lone Mountain Cemetery in Carson City.
They joined other citizens, veterans and local funeral homes volunteering to help place wreaths on more than 1,800 veterans’ graves. Closing remarks by Second Lt. Phil Wells, CAP, advised them to "Lay the wreath, stand at attention and give a salute as you say their name, so that they can be remembered again today."
