As some of you know, my journey has been anything but straightforward. Join me, as I dive into my personal experiences with holistic fertility treatments, women's health, and natural pregnancy preparation.

Years ago, I was happily devoted to my career as a healer and massage therapist. It wasn't until my mid-thirties that I decided to go back to school for my Masters in Oriental Medicine. Suddenly, I felt the clock ticking. Despite being incredibly busy and without a partner at the time, I didn't want to miss out on having a child.

I threw myself into learning everything I could about infertility, holistic fertility treatments, and ancestral, nutrient-dense diets.

While I eventually chose a different path and embraced being the "fun aunt" instead of a mom, my passion for helping others prepare their bodies for pregnancy naturally grew stronger. 🌿💕

Planting English walnuts in our food forest! To date my husband and I have planted over a 100 trees, shrubs, berries and flowers. Who needs to go to the gym when there’s horse manure to haul and holes to dig! Besides the fruit trees and the garden, we’ve chosen to re-wild our property with mostly native species. Health of the land is health of our bodies!

It is so tragic that this information is just now coming out. I pray that corporate greed will not continue to run our healthcare system in the US and abroad.

By June of 2017, the number of children paralyzed by mutant strains derived from the polio vaccine was more than those children paralyzed by polio itself. The long-held "conspiracy theory" that polio vaccines cause polio has been suddenly lent a large amount of validity.

Cholesterol does not cause heart disease in the elderly and trying to reduce it with drugs like statins is a waste of time, an international group of experts has claimed.

Just in from a cowboy patient: "Before a routine treatment, I mentioned to Hopi that I had a bad toothache and was to see a dentist in a few days. My jaw was throbbing and my face was so sore it was painful to the touch. Hopi said she could help and did what she referred to as dental analgesic treatment. Within minutes of the treatment, the pain began diminishing until it completely disappeared.

I saw the dentist and discovered I had a fractured molar that had developed an abscess. I was referred to an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed. The dentist said I should be experiencing incredible pain and couldn't understand why I wasn't. I told him about Hopi's treatment and he dismissed it and gave me a prescription for pain killers and antibiotics.

Seven days later I saw the oral surgeon. When told of the acupuncture treatment, he looked at me like I had 3 heads. He said he normally completely sedates people to remove a tooth like this. He was certain I would have a good deal of pain and discomfort both during surgery and afterward. He also prescribed pain meds.

I experience no pain or discomfort even after the dentist's office called and asked about my discomfort and pain levels. I told them there was neither and I was doing well. They asked me again as they did not believe there was no pain. The treatment Hopi did lasted through recovery as well and I never experience any pain or discomfort. --G. R.
