We closed out 2025 at the Roughy Top Gun Invitational Bull Riding. It’s always a good night when we have minimal injuries in the arena. Congratulations to Colton Fritzlan picking up the win!

Contestants, All Around Sports Medicine will be onsite at Roughy Top Gun Invitational Bull Riding in Fallon, NV, tomorrow, providing total care for the rodeo athlete.

We will be set up behind the chutes. Come see us for treatment, rehab, recovery, and all your sports medicine needs. All care is provided by certified Athletic Trainers and Orthopedic Surgeons.

We had a chance to speak with their coaches this past week when we were at the NFR. This group is completely starting over as a club sport and needs all the support our Rodeo community can give them.

We’ve had an incredible seven days in Las Vegas, but now it’s time to pack up and head home.

All Around Sports Medicine has BIG plans for 2026, and this past week was the perfect way to prepare full of great meetings, and productive conversations. We’re excited for what’s ahead and more motivated than ever.

We’ll be closing out 2025 at the Roughy Top Gun Invitational Xtreme Bulls in Fallon, NV, and then it’s full throttle into 2026.

WANTED: Tucker Allen’s stolen truck!! Tucker parked his white RAM dually in the cowboy overflow parking lot out back by the contestant stalls on the UNLV campus at about 3:45 pm yesterday (Friday), when he got here to help traveling partner Justin Shaffer get his 2025 Steer Wrestling Horse of the Year presented by AQHA Banker ready for Round 2. Tuck turned in the 3.6-second thriller of the night to win his first NFR go-round buckle. By the time he got back to the Thomas & Mack after taking center stage at the South Point, at about 10:30 pm, his truck was gone. Let’s rally as a rodeo family behind one of our own, and help the Las Vegas PD get Tucker’s truck back! There’s nothing cowboy code about a thief.

𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐭.

With a childlike spirit, a contagious smile, and a toughness born from the West, Trenten lived the life he loved-raising a family, riding great horses, and showing up for the sport that shaped him.

Just two weeks after welcoming his son Noah into the world, a ba****ck accident led to injuries he couldn’t overcome. After weeks in the hospital and countless prayers, Trenten passed away on August 30, 2023.

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.

His friends and fellow cowboys were determined that Maria and Noah would never walk alone and that Trenten’s legacy of grit, kindness, and generosity would carry on. The Trenten Montero Foundation was born from that love-built to stand beside injured contestants and families facing the unthinkable, just like Trenten’s did.

Today we honor a cowboy who lived full, loved deep, and left a legacy far bigger than the arena.
