We all make choices (whether mindful or on autopilot)! Most often - the work is in simply training our brains to be aware, pause, and make more mindful decisions.
This is what we do when we want to change our habits, setting goals and be intentional!

✨ Step 3 TAKE ACTION
Repeat this process over and over again until you’ve improved yourself, formed a new habit and can now make your habits a routine. This is when new habits become automatic and you can graduate to discipline and setting larger goals!
