For those facing cancer, distress can show up as fatigue, sleep issues, nausea, or even difficulty making decisions. It impacts not only the person diagnosed but also their loved ones. The important thing to remember: You don’t have to navigate it alone. What helps may change day to day—and that’s okay. The more coping tools you have available, the more prepared you'll feel when things feel heavy.
