Many eye problems can only be detected during a thorough eye exam. Our eye doctors use innovative diagnostic equipment to detect even the smallest changes in your vision and eye health. We will evaluate your risk factors for diseases of the eye. It's important to know that diseases of the eye can also be an indicator of general health issues.

To my friends and patients of the last twelve years in Reno: Fortunately, I am now officially able to shed some light on our situation here at Black Rock and hopefully dispel much of the confusion that has been surrounding our office. We were unfortunately victims of theft/insurance fraud - perpetrated by multiple employees. While we are still in the process of due diligence and discovery it is safe to say at this juncture that our losses are substantial. The employees involved have been dismissed and we are rebuilding. I want to let you all know that I'm very busy putting together another fantastic team! Please call us or come in and speak with me regarding any problems that these former employees may have caused you. I promise to work diligently to resolve your issues and restore your faith once again in Black Rock Vision Center.

We are a comprehensive optometric office providing vision care for all ages--infants to senior citizens since 1979. Services include eye exams, the diagnosis and treatment of eye injuries and diseases, an optical center with the latest in frames and lenses, contact lenses, low vision aids for the partially sighted, vision therapy (orthoptics) for learning and reading disabilities in children, adults, head trauma and stroke victims, and sports vision training and eyewear. We care about your complete visual functioning!
