Mymenopalz Supporting women in perimenopause & beyond. Partnering with employers to strengthen retention and reduce burnout.

04/01/2026

Hard to believe it’s already been a week since the issued a proclamation recognizing the work we’re building at MenoPalz.

We don’t take that responsibility lightly.

Since then, we’ve hit the ground running

• New conversations
• Strengthening existing partnerships
• Elevating the caliber of voices and expertise joining our platform

Most importantly, we’re putting real workforce strategy into action across systems, supporting both leadership and employees in a way that drives retention, stability, and performance.

Behind the scenes, we’re also building.
Refining modules. Expanding offerings. Raising the standard.

This is not a moment. It’s momentum.
And we’re just getting started

If you’re an HR leader or executive thinking about retention, rising healthcare costs, and protecting your experienced workforce, now is the time to act.

Let’s have a real conversation about what this looks like inside your organization.

Menopause has always been part of the workplace.

We’re just now addressing what it means for retention, performance, and ROI.

If you’ve watched The M Factor (or M Factor 2), you understand how overdue this conversation is.

We had a strong conversation with Dr. Amy Day today and are aligned in advancing a more informed, practical dialogue across employees and employers.

She is hosting live Q&A sessions over the next few days for those looking to deepen their understanding.

We look forward to continuing the conversation with her on the Take a Pause with MenoPalz podcast.

This is not a trend. It is a business and workforce shift.

Follow MenoPalz for continued insight and perspective.

Being selected for the 40 Over 40 experience, created by Amber Ezell, was about more than the photos. It’s a platform that highlights women stepping into their voice, their confidence, and their next chapter.

And a reminder of how many are still navigating this stage of life without support.

At MenoPalz, we focus on workplace impact through leadership, policy, and strategy. But this week reinforced something deeper.

Before workplace transformation, there is personal experience.

Midlife transitions. Identity shifts. Finding your voice.

Too often, it’s happening quietly. Without language. Without support.

This work is about closing that gap.

About changing how people are seen, supported, and able to show up fully in the workplace.

Because when people feel supported personally, they show up differently professionally. They lead, they stay, and they drive impact across teams and organizations.

Grateful to the partners who made this experience so meaningful, including Amalia Rauch, The Healing Hairstylist, Kristina Nierman of Kiss and Make Up NV, and Amber Ezell for creating a platform that allows these stories to be seen.

For leaders, the real question is this:

Will your organization be part of setting the new standard, or will it be forced to catch up to it?

There is so much to share… but tonight, we’ll start with this.

Being recognized for the work we’re doing at MenoPalz is something we don’t take lightly. It’s a reflection of the impact this conversation is beginning to have in workplaces and in people’s lives.

Through policy guidance, tools, and language, we’re not only supporting women through menopause, but also helping leaders, teams, and organizations better support their people. This work touches everyone.

Over the past week, there have been so many laughs, triumphs, and new friendships formed through shared midlife transitions.

And truly, that may be the greatest gift of all.

Moments like these make the work we’re building at MenoPalz more meaningful than we could have imagined.

Grateful to be on this journey together.

Thank you to Reno City Council, Muse Group and KOLO 8 News for recognizing this important work, and to Raquel Riggle, Angela Hummel, Debbie McCarthy, Marianne Krammes, and Linda Snyder, Jorja Bentley and our countless partners for the leadership, heart, and vision behind it all.

Momentum is building.

Yesterday, three of the four founders of MenoPalz came together for a photo shoot, a moment that reflects something much bigger happening behind the scenes.

MenoPalz specializes in helping organizations turn menopause from a silent struggle into a supported workplace experience through leadership training, policies, and real strategy.

This isn’t just awareness.
This is workplace transformation.

Leaders, now is the time to start paying attention.

Rooms full of smart, driven women always spark the best conversations.

This weekend, Debbie McCarthy and Linda Snyder from the MenoPalz team attended the 2026 EmpowHERment Summit & Expo at the National Automobile Museum in Reno, Nevada, hosted by Empowered Ventures Media Group .Thank you to Hindi Marciniak for bringing together such an inspiring community of women leaders.

We were especially inspired by speakers including Dr. Bayo C. and the leadership panel moderated by Morgan Massie, PhD Candidate featuring Ila Friedenthal, Katey Roshetko, and Emily Jaenson. Insightful conversations all day.

At MenoPalz, being present in rooms like this keeps us connected to the conversations shaping women’s leadership and women’s health in the workplace.

Menopause is not just a personal health journey. It is becoming an important workforce conversation leaders need to be ready for.

HR leaders and executives are under increasing pressure to retain experienced talent.

One factor that is often overlooked is menopause, which occurs during some of the most experienced and leadership-heavy years of a woman’s career.
Experiential learning matters.

MenoPalz Founder Raquel Riggle recently participated in a private breathwork session guided by CEO of and she was an exceptional facilitator. The experience was exactly what it sounds like. Powerful, grounding, and a reminder that growth comes in many shapes and breaths.

Experiential, expert-led sessions like this are one of the many ways organizations can help employees stay engaged and supported during midlife transitions.

At MenoPalz, we help organizations introduce leadership education, experiential programming, and expert-led workshops that support employees navigating menopause while helping companies retain senior talent.

If you are an HR leader thinking about retention and leadership continuity, let’s start the conversation.

This week, MenoPalz CEO and Co-Founder Raquel Riggle and Co-Founder Debbie McCarthy attended the SHRM Northern Nevada breakfast meeting, connecting with HR leaders focused on the future of the workforce.

Leadership expert Morgan Massie shared insights from her Five Coaching Conversations Model. One takeaway stood out:

Great leaders manage process. Exceptional leaders develop people.

The program also included a Legal Minute on workplace policies supporting employees through pregnancy, maternity, and other life transitions, along with insights from LP Insurance on the importance of health plan data and claims transparency. When organizations understand their data, they make stronger decisions about benefits, policy, and retention.

At MenoPalz, we believe menopause belongs in the same leadership conversation as maternity and caregiving. When organizations acknowledge the realities employees face across different stages of life, they strengthen culture, leadership, and long term workforce retention.

Grateful to connect with leaders across the SHRM Northern Nevada community, including Lauren Lutsch, Johnny Skowronek, Mark Tullman, and Karyn Jensen, and to reconnect with John Brownell of the Nevada National Guard as he prepares for retirement after an exceptional career of service.

Important conversations are happening. And we are proud to be part of them.

Today we celebrate women.

But leadership isn’t built on the days that look perfect.

It’s built on the days you’re running into a meeting late, realizing you have a cowlick on the back of your head, running on two hours of sleep, and trying to remember the word that just disappeared from your brain.

It’s the day after a speech when you’re thinking, Did that even land?
It’s brain fog.
It’s wondering if you underperformed.
It’s scanning the room for one familiar face.

And if you lead long enough, you learn something important.

The strongest leaders are never doing it alone.

Not because they need rescuing.

Because great leadership is built in rooms where people show up for each other.

The colleague who keeps the meeting moving when your brain stalls.
The teammate who laughs when the day goes sideways.
The one who sees you fully and never asks you to be anything other than exactly who you are.

Those people don’t just make work easier.
They make leadership possible.

At MenoPalz, we believe strong workplaces are built the same way strong leaders are.
By building cultures where people don’t have to hide the realities of life in order to lead.

Happy International Women’s Day.

We recently had the privilege of sitting down with Kate Wells on Take a Pause with Menopalz — and it was one of those conversations that stays with you.

Kate co-founded Parlor Games in 2020 with her longtime friend Kirsti Hegg after recognizing a massive gap in menopause education and hormone literacy. After years in hormone science and clinical lab leadership, Kate saw firsthand how many women were navigating midlife changes with little clarity, fragmented care, and far too much silence. Parlor Games was created to change that — blending science, transparency, and community so women can make informed decisions about their health.

What resonated most in our discussion is this: when women understand what’s happening in their bodies, everything shifts. Confidence improves. Health outcomes stabilize. Leadership capacity strengthens.

And for employers, this isn’t a side conversation — it’s a business imperative.

Supporting women through perimenopause and menopause reduces absenteeism, protects institutional knowledge, improves engagement, and drives measurable ROI. When women feel supported, performance follows.

Grateful for Kate’s leadership and for the meaningful work she and her team are doing to elevate hormone literacy and normalize this stage of life.

If you’re ready to move from awareness to action, let’s talk.

Contact MenoPalz to explore how structured menopause support can reduce absenteeism, protect retention, and strengthen performance across your organization.

The conversation is powerful. The implementation is transformational.
