These words feel especially true on this Monday.

I went into this past weekend excited to learn, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t also nervous and a little intimidated. I stepped outside my comfort zone, allowed myself to be vulnerable, and was met with something beautiful: community.

What I experienced was more than just education, it was a powerful reminder of what it means to create a culture rooted in kindness, connection, and support.
