For the entire month of April, locals can donate new or gently-used books at designated locations throughout town, or contribute money to help provide children with access to books at home.

The goal of the book drive is to collect 40,000 books, and raise $50,000 for reading programs.

The book donation locations are:

Raley's (all Washoe County locations)
Scheels
Select Bank of America locations (7th/McCarran, Meadowood, Midtown, Prater/McCarran, Double Diamond)
Audi Reno Tahoe
Land Rover Reno
Allegra Print Reno
The Discovery
Grand Sierra Resort
Ace Hardware (Mira Loma)
Learning Express Toys of Reno
