Our Story

Sierra Ridge Health and Wellness Suites is a state-of-the-art senior healthcare and rehabilitation facility with over 67,000 square feet. This 136-bed facility features both single and double occupancy rooms. Amenities and services include, but are not limited to, twenty-four-hour clinical care, rehabilitation services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy), full-service dining and nutritional services, pharmacy services, and housekeeping and laundry services. The facility boasts multiple living/recreational rooms, dining rooms, and outdoor gardens. Contains a Spa, a Beauty Salon, and multiple Wellness and Therapy spaces that can be utilized by residents of the facility.

Services include, but are not limited to, wound care, oral antibiotic and IV therapy, Ostomy Care and Management, PEG Tubes, PICC lines, TPN Management and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Respite and Hospice/Palliative Care services will also be available. The facility will accept Medicare, Medicaid, private payment, and select insurance subject to prior approval.
