Since the pandemic, I’ve been on a journey to find the perfect location for my clientele. Over the past 14 years, I’ve dedicated myself to bodywork, utilizing my skills to help clients prevent and recover from injuries. As a licensed myofascial realignment practitioner, I’ve transformed perceptions of massage therapy for thousands.

Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to teach at a massage school, where I share my passion with enthusiastic students, emphasizing the importance of listening to the body and approaching healing with intention. I’ve also developed a technique called positional release, which has enhanced doctors’ understanding of muscle connections. It’s been a privilege to collaborate with them at Saint Mary’s Health Center.

I’m back and stronger than ever. The pandemic tried to stop me forever. I had to start over, but I didn’t quit. Hours have changed cause I have a family now, your vote still matters. I want to win.
