🍊 Easy Orange Chicken Meal Prep 🍛

Craving takeout but want a healthier, protein-packed version? This Orange Chicken with Jasmine Rice, Peas & Zucchini Noodles is quick, delicious, and perfect for meal prep! 🙌

What You Need:
🍗 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
🍊 ½ cup orange juice (fresh or no sugar added)
🍯 2 tbsp honey
🌿 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
🌶️ ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
🥄 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
🍚 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
🌱 1 cup peas
🥒 2 medium zucchini, spiralized

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Cook the chicken: In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken until golden brown.
2️⃣ Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the chicken.
3️⃣ Thicken it up: Mix cornstarch with water, add to the pan, and stir until the sauce thickens.
4️⃣ Prep the sides: Cook jasmine rice & peas. Sauté zucchini noodles for 1-2 minutes (keep them crisp!).
5️⃣ Assemble & enjoy: Portion into meal prep containers and you’re set for the week!
