Today for lunch our culinary team served up a hearty plate of al dente-tender spaghetti topped with rich, savory meatballs simmered in the perfect marinara sauce. They paired it with warm, buttery garlic bread straight out of the oven. And because no great meal should end there… We finished things off with a soft slice of yellow cake topped with smooth, sweet vanilla icing.
Comfort food done right—simple, satisfying, and made to feel like home. 🍝🍰

What a fun-filled week at Autumn Trace! 🎨🧶🍦

Our community members stayed busy creating beautiful crafts, making memories, and enjoying time together. Jenna from the library joined us for a colorful paper lantern craft, Ari led a birdhouse painting activity, and we also created beautiful poppy crafts throughout the week. Of course we played a few rounds of BINGO this week, too😉
A special shout-out to our very own Shirley, who continues to lead her crochet and knitting group. 🧶 Her passion for crafting brings people together and makes the group a favorite activity for many of our community members.
To top off an already wonderful week, we made another impromptu ice cream run to Sycamore in DeMotte! The frozen custard was a huge hit, and the smiles said it all. 🍦❤️
At Autumn Trace, there's always something happening—whether it's creating, connecting, learning, or simply enjoying life's sweet moments together.

Chef Jason had the kitchen smelling absolutely incredible as he whipped up savory Italian sausage with sweet peppers and onions, buttery noodles, caramelized peaches, and a fresh garden salad. Every bite was packed with comfort, flavor, and a little bit of love.
The best part? The dining room was filled with clean plates, happy hearts, and full tummies. Our community members were still talking about how delicious lunch was hours later!
A big thank you to Chef Jason for another meal that brought everyone together around the table. Days like this remind us that great food isn't just about eating—it's about creating moments, memories, and smiles.

We've enjoyed our Bring-Your-Own-Craft gathering with knitting, crocheting, diamond art, and lots of laughter, baked homemade muffins, played bingo & other games and even got sweet visits from our Pet Pals! 🧶🧁🐶
