The Missing Step in Most Detox Protocols.
Why drainage comes first. ⬇️
If you’re thinking about working with me, this matters.
A Herx reaction is not a goal in my practice.
It’s a signal.
It tells us the body is releasing more toxins than it can safely move out.
When drainage pathways aren’t open, toxins get stuck and that’s when people feel worse instead of better.
So we don’t push killing protocols first.
We support drainage first.
Drainage means:
• Liver and bile flow are supported
• Bowels are moving consistently
• Lymphatic system is flowing
• Detox pathways are open and working
When drainage is strong:
✔ Detox is smoother
✔ Symptoms are milder
✔ Healing is more sustainable
✔ The body feels safer
If someone experiences a Herx reaction, we don’t “power through.”
We add more drainage.
Because healing isn’t about how much you can tolerate
it’s about how efficiently your body can clear.
This is why my approach starts with drainage and stays focused on it throughout the process.
Open the exits first.
Then the body can heal.
