Chronic pain and tension in my own body motivated me to pursue massage therapy. Remaining active with exercise, stretching/yoga, and massage, I could stay more functional in my daily activities with less pain. I started studying massage years before enrolling in school simply because I was fascinated by the power of touch medicine. If I saw my family in pain I wanted to help by massaging their hands, shoulders, or feet. Later in my career, I decided that I wanted to help others find relief from their chronic pain. So here I am, working to find the most efficient way to help clients diminish pain and stiffness, alleviate stress, and much more! You're in good hands!
