The WSPA CEO, members, and staff attended the American Pharmacists Association Annual Meeting last week. Together, we shared ideas, tackled the most pressing issues facing our profession, celebrated our champions, and enjoyed time connecting.

We’re especially proud to recognize Julie Akers on becoming an APhA Fellow, the outstanding poster presentations, and Jenny Arnold, who led the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations meeting as program chair.

Today, the WSPA joined Shaffner's pharmacy at the Care-a-Van Mobile Health Services event at the Maple Valley Food Bank & Emergency Services Health Care Event!

Pharmacies across the state partner with the Care-a-Van mobile outreach events to provide medication information, screenings, and access to vaccines. These events also provide no-cost health education and resources to communities, helping improve access to care for those who need it most. If you want to participate or host an event, reach out to Mylinh at the WSPA.
