Balance Hot Yoga & More A boutique studio w/ EXPERIENCED teachers that care about your health & wellness. We welcome NEW members , all levels, always!!

We offer yoga primarily but BALANCE our community w/ energetic workout classes like HIIT, Barre, TRX, Pilates & More. Our retail space shares a building with condominium owners. Please be mindful not to park in reserved parking. Also we ask that you do not park too close to the corners, as it blocks the exit of the condo traffic. There have been accidents and we dont want anyone to get hurt. Park any where else you would like, arrive up to 15 minutes early. All classes are pre registration, so we will always have a spot for you!

TOY DRIVE benefiting . Bring in a new, unwrapped toy into the studio and enjoy a class for FREE! Let’s put all of our efforts together to make a contribution and give back this holiday season.

We will be dropping the toys off to Seattle Children’s on Monday, December 9th.
