Balance Hot Yoga & More A boutique studio w/ EXPERIENCED teachers that care about your health & wellness. We welcome NEW members , all levels, always!!

We offer yoga primarily but BALANCE our community w/ energetic workout classes like HIIT, Barre, TRX, Pilates & More. Our retail space shares a building with condominium owners. Please be mindful not to park in reserved parking. Also we ask that you do not park too close to the corners, as it blocks the exit of the condo traffic. There have been accidents and we dont want anyone to get hurt. Park any where else you would like, arrive up to 15 minutes early. All classes are pre registration, so we will always have a spot for you!
