From our studio… to Japan 🇯🇵

This custom engraved leather sheath is traveling across the world for something pretty incredible.

Our client is competing in the Sakura Yabusame — a cherry blossom horseback archery event rooted in samurai tradition.

To thank her teacher, she hand-forged a horseshoe knife.
We added the final touch.

Her instructor, Ayuko “Amy” Kamimura, is the first female competitive yabusame instructor in Japan and the founder of this event — helping open the doors of this ancient sport to women and riders from around the world.

This isn’t just a gift.
It’s respect. Legacy. Story.

And we’re honored to have our work be part of that journey.

Even the techies at SREcon 2026 were impressed with our little laser setup — and when your audience understands technology, that says a lot.

So instead of beach walks, it turned into a watercolor kind of day.
Still practicing and putting Jen’s lessons to life — learning to loosen up and let the paint do its thing.

I’ve been practicing and finally putting instructions to life. Turns out tropical flowers and berries make pretty great subjects. A little painting therapy between beach days. 🌺.

After three years without a real vacation, Foxwood is finally taking a little break 🌺

The shop will have limited hours, and we’ll be closed March 8–12, but the website is always open — and we’re offering 15% off online orders while we’re away.

Orders placed between March 4–14 will start shipping March 15.

Big Game day energy 🏈💚
Had some fun etching these glassy babies ahead of tomorrow’s game — just a little creative play mixed with full Seattle Seahawks pride.

There’s something special about turning football vibes into glass — skyline details, bold numbers, and that unmistakable Seattle green. Sometimes you make things just because the moment calls for it… and tomorrow definitely does.
