Pasta Salad🌱 ...yep, it's gluten free! Made a triple batch, then hauled this big ol' bowl to a grad party yesterday and the rest is part of our prepped food for the week. The main ingredient👉🏼 Banza chickpea pasta, yum! Naturally high in protein and fiber, lower carb and 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. The best part is that the recipe is really whatever you make it... a.k.a. what's currently in your fridge😉. See comments for a few of my favorite additions.
