✨Teacher Spotlight ✨
Hi everyone, I’m Morgan! I teach HIIT (high intensity interval training) on Wednesdays at 4:30pm. My class are designed to be fun, challenging, and welcoming to all fitness levels. I believe strength is both physical and mental, and that the real progress comes from finding your “why,” not just showing up. My goal is for everyone to leave class feeling empowered, capable, and supported, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. You might also see me at the front desk some evenings, always happy to help!
Fun fact about me: I have an unhealthy obsession with stationary and own a lot (possibly too much) of journals and pens
