My daughter made this Steak Bites with Garlic Butter 😍 , y'all help me make her day with compliments ...Be kind ❤️
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup of soy sauce
⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 t of dry basil
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1 teaspoon of black pepper
½ to 1 lb flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into
1-inch pieces
PREPARATION:
Stage 1: Without the steak, put the wide scope of various trimmings into a colossal ziplock bundle and blend in with a spoon until all over is consolidated to approach a marinade.
Stage 2: Lay the bits of steak and close it. Shake upheld steaks to cover steaks with marinade. Then right now put a cooler to represent over 3 hours. Ensure the steak has consumed the marinade well so it can hold sufficient fluid.

Best garlic cheese fingers ever!
Ingredients
2 low carb tortillas of choice
1/4 cup butter (very soft)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp parsley
1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
Directions
Mix butter, garlic and parsley together
Spread 1/2 the mixture onto 1 tortilla
Cover with 1/2 cup mozzarella
Put 2nd tortilla on top
Repeat steps with butter mixture and mozzarella
I cooked it in the air fryer for 5 minutes then under the broiler for 5 minutes
Slice into pieces and enjoy!

Chicken crust pizza!!! Omg it’s so good.
I have a family of four so this recipe fed us perfectly!!
Crust
Four cans chicken
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Italian seasoning(to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Bake 375 for 30 minutes
Then pull it out and add whatever toppings you like and bake for 15-20 minutes

For new membres. Today start keto diet. this is Quick guide for New Keto followers
No fruit, unless it’s berries in moderation
No wheat
No sugar
No grains
No pasta
No potatoes
No rice
No beans
No starches
No milk as it’s loaded with sugar. ( unsweetened almond milk, nut milk or heavy cream is recommended.)
Meat, cheese, eggs, vegetable, nuts, and healthy fats. It’s simple. Stick to that, and you should be ok!
Food items that should be avoided are :
Sweet potatoes
Corn
Peas
Potatoes
Carrots - can be used in moderation,
Pasta
Bread
Rice
Beans (legumes)
They are full of starches and not recommended.
☝️Do not forget your electrolytes, they are needed daily.
A good form of electrolytes is:
Pickle juice
Pink Himalayan salt added to your food and water
Mytoplex
Strict keto - counts all macros, does not eat processed foods and no sugars at all
Lazy keto - doesn’t track all macros, still eats processed foods, as long as they are on plan. They stick to 20 carbs per day !
Macros are a break down of the calories you intake for the day. Which should be :
5% carbs
20% protein
75% fat
Most people stay under 20 carbs per day for best results
➡️ Carbs are a limit - try not to go over your carb limit.
➡️ Fat is a lever - you don’t have to meet your fat macro, it’s simply there to help you get full.
(Strict keto - fat mist always be higher than protein) for best results
➡️ Protein is a goal- try your best to reach your protein goal, but try not to go over. Excessive amounts of protein can cause your insulin spike and stall in weight loss.
💥 Greens and veggies are crucial daily to avoid constipation and ensure you get enough fiber for digestion
💥Water - drink 1/2 your weight in ounces daily for proper digestion and hydration 💦
Anything other than this food group selection would be considered low carb. Or google the carb count. Also, if you are in ketosis, and eat outside of low carb foods not only could it take you out of ketosis, but it could spike your blood sugar! Which can make you sick. (Keto flu )

This bread is to die for. After trying so many keto breads and gagging all the way whilst trying it, I found this one. I prefer to make muffins instead of the bread (I have better self-control that way). I bake in bulk, wrap each one in freezer paper and freeze. It is super filling...2 muffins might not seem like much, but you will be uncomfortable afterwards

Making zucchini noodles yourself are 1000 times better than the ones they sell in the freezer section! My spiraler was $4.99 at Marshall’s and worth every penny!
I lay them out on paper towels and sprinkle on some salt and let rest for ten minutes. Put more paper towels on top and squeeze the water out of them. Throw in your favorite meat sauce and put a lid on it to help steam them for just a couple of minutes and it’s ready!

Shrimp Con Queso! This one pan, 20 minute meal features shrimp fajitas covered in a homemade queso sauce!
INGREDIENTS
SHRIMP FAJITAS
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 cup bell pepper (mixed colors)
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 pound thawed shrimp, deveined and shelled
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
QUESO
1/4 cup heavy cream + more for thinning if needed.
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup white American Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a large skillet to medium heat, then add in your olive oil.
Add the bell peppers, onion and mushrooms. Sauté the vegetables for 5-6 minutes until tender.
Add the shrimp and taco seasoning and toss to coat everything evenly with the spices. Sear the shrimp 2-3 minutes until cooked through, then remove from skillet and set aside.
Reduce the heat to low, then add the cream cheese, and heavy cream. Stir to make a smooth sauce with few clumps.
Add the shredded cheese in small increments (about 1/2 cup at a time), stirring continuously. Stir until all cheese is melted and incorporated into the sauce. (Optional: If you like a thinner sauce, add additional heavy cream or milk until it’s the way you like it.)
Finally, add the shrimp and veggies back to the skillet skillet, stirring to cover each piece in the queso. Serve immediately.
NOTES
If you do not have taco seasoning use these measurements for this recipe:
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
YIELD: 6 SERVING SIZE: 1 1/4 cups
