-bypassing your feelings
-pretending nothing happened
-denying trauma
Rather, choosing to stop organizing your identity around what broke you. When your energy is stuck in fighting the past, there’s very little left for creating the future.
Ask yourself - What am I choosing to complete?
Completion is not something you earn, it’s something you choose. No more waiting to "feel ready".
If something in you is tired of carrying the past, tired of fighting yourself, tired of waiting to arrive somewhere, it's your inner wisdom talking.
