This patient came to see Dr. Colgrove with nasal congestion and sinus issues caused by a deviated septum. During surgery, Dr. Colgrove performed a septoplasty to improve her breathing. And since she also had a dorsal hump, a closed (scarless) rhinoplasty was performed at the same time.
