We had a wonderful time last week at our North Portugal retreat. We stayed at the beautiful, ocean front, 5* , we enjoyed beach walks to yoga studio, practiced yoga and where Rima taught private sessions
for our group, we spent a day hiking and immersed in Nature at Geres national park, enjoyed walks and a cultural experience in the city of Porto, and relaxed in our hotel beautiful Spa and calm, ocean front accommodations. We loved this location and plan to return soon! Would you like to join us at this location or another Wellness retreat with Reston Yoga ?
