We offer a wide range of services in the field of women's health. Dr. Neda Hashemi, Dr. Samar Merriman, Dr. Elise Diamond and Nurse Midwives Traci Marin, CNM, Katie Tyson, CNM, Kate Cicchetto, CNM and Shadonna Williams, CNM have birth privileges at Fair Oaks Hospital. Dr. Hashemi also specializes in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, offered at both Fair Oaks and Reston hospitals. All our providers

are experts in well-women and gynecological care, and can address yearly pap screening, contraception, problems with menstrual cycles, urinary tract infections and other abnormal symptoms. We offer annual labwork for thyroid, anemia, and cholesterol screening. Additional cancer screening as may be needed depending on your individual risk factors. We strive to be friendly and approachable - like having a conversation with a trusted friend!

We also have our Nurse Midwives Monica Byrne, Katie Tyson and Nurse Practitioner Melanie Wright who in addition to the other providers see patients in both of our offices
