of both your loved one AND a new resident you refer.
When you’re ready, just give us a name and we’ll take it from there. Once your referral moves in and lives at The Kensington for at least 90 days, your loved one and the new resident will each receive a one-time credit of $1,500.

During Kensington Arts, residents went around the table and gave a compliment or a happy personal memory about each person at the table. Then, residents put the notes in bins that they decorated, and they can read some of the kind things their friends said about them. Smiles, happiness, and joy filled the room! 💛
