Dr. Suliman Advisory Group is pleased to announce the expanded operational involvement of Dr. Mohammed H. Awad Abdelrazig, a member of the DSAG Advisory Board, who will be contributing to selected strategic, research, and organizational initiatives across the Group.
Dr. Abdelrazig brings a distinguished record of academic excellence, research leadership, and professional integrity. As a valedictorian graduate, researcher, teaching assistant, and faculty member, he has demonstrated a sustained commitment to advancing medicine, education, and scientific inquiry. His experience leading and contributing to multicenter research initiatives further reflects the analytical rigor, leadership, and professionalism that align with DSAG's mission and values.
What makes this appointment particularly noteworthy is that Dr. Abdelrazig's selection followed the same merit-based evaluation process applied across the organization. Following his onboarding, DSAG Founder & CEO Dr. Suliman E. Ahmed learned through a family conversation that Dr. Abdelrazig's father was a highly respected pediatrician who had served in the same military hospital where Dr. Ahmed's uncle practiced. The connection was entirely coincidental and unknown throughout the recruitment and selection process, reinforcing the integrity of the Group's merit-based approach to talent identification and leadership development.
According to Dr. Ahmed, learning of this connection after the appointment only deepened his appreciation for a family legacy of excellence in medicine spanning multiple generations. More importantly, it reaffirmed the values that DSAG seeks to recognize and promote: excellence, integrity, scholarship, and meaningful contribution.
At DSAG, leadership is earned through performance, professionalism, and impact. Dr. Abdelrazig exemplifies these principles, and the Group looks forward to his continued contributions as it advances its mission of delivering evidence-based strategic advisory, research, and healthcare leadership solutions.
Please join us in welcoming Dr. Abdelrazig to a more active role within the Group.
