Tri Massage She continues to learn new massage and holistic health modalities.

Tracey enjoys working with and assisting her clients in the pursuit of their health and wellness goals through therapeutic massage, postural assessments and biofield tuning sessions. Tracey of Tri Massage became attracted to the profession of massage therapy after experiencing the benefits of massage while training and competing in triathlons. She graduated from massage school in 1997 and she continues to enjoy learning new massage techniques and finding new ways to help her clients. She is a practitioner of sports massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, NeuroSoma, Pregnancy massage, Scar Tissue and Myofascial release techniques, Accunect energy healing, Egoscue Postural Assessments and Active Isolated Stretching. Her goal is to create a healing space for her clients so they may integrate positive and lasting changes into their lives.

Keep your feet and ankles flexible with one of my favorite exercises before heading out for a walk or hike: Foot Circles and Point/Flexes. Learn to do this exercise with me (and more) when you sign up for my Posture class on Fridays or one-one Posture sessions.

Here are the instructions for this Foot Circles and Point/Flexes exercise: Lie on your back with one leg extended and the other bent and pulled up toward your chest. Clasp your hands behind the bent knee. Keep the foot on the floor pointed straight up toward the ceiling and with your thigh relaxed. Circle the lifted foot in an outward direction 20x and reverse the direction and go inward for the same number of reps. Make sure your knee stays still and the movement should come only from the ankle and foot. For the point/flexes, bring the toes back toward the shin to flex and reverse the direction to point the foot forward for 20 reps. Switch legs and repeat.

Get up and walk around and notice any differences you feel before and after doing this one.

Follow along and learn some simple exercises every week! You will receive a recording of the class so you may practice on your own. The 30 minute Balance & Function Class is held on Fridays at 8:30 am 🧘‍♀️
