Patane & Associates Physical Therapy- Stretch of the Week: Hamstring Stretch
๐ How to do it:
1. Sit on the floor with one leg extended and the other bent inward
2. Keep your back straight and gently lean forward, reaching towards your toes
3. Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch sides
โ ๏ธ Tip: Donโt force the stretch! Keep the movement gentle to avoid strain.
