I am delighted and honored to share some of my healing arts, spiritual energy healing, and meditation events and group offerings.

Group classes, group meditations, seasonal spiritual celebrations, and sound healing events are some of my possible offerings. More specific topics explored would be elements of: holistic healing, well being on all levels, energy healing, spiritual healing, spirituality, meditation guidance, healing classes, crystal healing, sound vibrational therapy, light realignment healing, theta healing, all love (Skhem), or Energetic Well Being Process (Yuen Method healing).

Learning to Fly

It is important to know that Spirit always opens up the healing space that is in our highest and best good

Though so incredibly challenging, there is an enlightening gift on the horizon

Notice what it is you are learning.

Open to receive the lesson at the core of all of this

As you receive the insight or insights, the healing deeply anchors in

You may be in a dark night of the soul, so stay with it

Your healing journey continues to open up for you

Indeed, a precious treasure, for which you will be grateful, despite the distressing emotions, soon reveals itself

You are going much deeper, as old fear arises from your cells, releasing, transforming into light, into love

Allow yourself to feel whatever is there, the fear, despair, expressing it

Breathe, feel and receive your light through your crown

Receive fully the truth of who you really are

You are going through a major awakening so stay with it

It is often said, the deeper into the darkness of our being we allow ourselves to go, the higher into the realms of our true light we soar, ready to truly fly

Feel your wings from your heart, and let yourself fly freely

This is what your soul longs for

This is what you came here for

You have opened up so much, stepping so much into your light

You are now continuing the journey, facing the deeper layers of fear unraveling.

It is the perfect timing for this major opening

You will soon feel the gratitude for the greatest gift of all, knowing your true self

Gift Of This Moment

We know life as a journey of constant learning
Without absolute good or bad, right or wrong
No mistakes, or need for judgment of ourself, the others

Lots of letting go,
Forgiveness of ourself, the others
Learning to be in awareness, fully

Learning the ways of the human mind
Staying deeply in touch with our feelings, experiences
Remembering importantly, how we may all be different

Yet in our core we are so similar
We all want to be loved,
To love, care for each other,

Yet be taken care of
Understood, respected, honored for who we are
Follow our passion, our dreams

With grace and ease
Be all that we can be
Serve in the highest way

With love, sensitivity, wisdom
Peace, joy, shining in our truth as light
As our journey unfolds before us

Seen, heard, who you really are

Seen the green, green trees
Cheeks caressed by wind

For space to emerge

Needs, wants, demands

Kind, loving attention

Moment to moment

May there be

A coming together

Wholeness

Healing of

What is broken

Completely present with

What is here

Inner quiet, stillness

Wisdom and caring

Unfolding of

The whole being

Of everything

Of everyone

In each moment

Of breathing

Loving attention

Is it possible

To just listen

Directly

In simplicity

In openness

What is this

Wonder of presence

This light of awareness

Non separation

No distance

Everything is revealed

When Your Soul's Path Is Unclear

Rather than seeing it as a problem, the truth is that you have infinite possibilities

Breathe, go into your heart space and feel those things you love to do

Just like a child, imagine yourself playing in those fields of energy, and start to do this in your life, as well as imagination

Unlike we were conditioned, we are here not to do, be this, or that, but, merely to have the human experience, always opening as we move through life

So the pressure can lighten up and there's space to be in the light of the moment's magical discovery

Breathe deeply into your heart space again, grounding your energy, coming into your body

Sink into your true being, and let the energy flow from there, deeply in touch with your truth, your soul energy

Ask your soul your core questions

Allow time and space for the answers to come

Surrender, and trust what comes

It's so exciting that you are on this amazing journey of discovering this next phase of your soul journey

Clinging to this truly impermanent drama

Anger, resentment, living in the unreal
The real, being again, feeling the energy

Water Lilies, Banana, Papaya, Pineapple trees, Bromeliads, Herbs, Palms, Cacti, and

Endless other plants and lovely creatures shine out their glory

Hi Dear Beautiful Friends,

My son, Nicholas Delos, who was an art major at George Mason University, was kind enough to create this beautiful business card for me
Since moving to Florida, it's been coming up that I'm a spiritual healer, and people get all excited and ask me for my business card, but alas, haven't had a card in decades
Naturally, feeling the Universe was nudging me to manifest one, found a business card making site online, which unfortunately turned out to be beyond my computer graphic skills
Dear Nicholas came to the rescue, offered to complete the project, and this was the lovely result
So grateful for his creative gifts
BTW, Nicholas is available to create business cards for others who have such a need
