Lisa is a Resident in Counseling working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her BA in Psychology from Virginia Tech and M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Mason University, building a strong foundation in evidence-based therapy approaches.

At Sage House Therapy, Lisa provides therapy to children, teens, and adults using a person-centered approach + Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She supports:
