Wash Your Hands and Kick Out the Germs! 🖐🦠✨
1. Get Your Hands Wet 💦

Turn on the water and splash your hands until they’re nice and wet.

2. Soap Time! 🧼

Sq**rt some soap on your hands. Make sure you have enough to cover every finger!

3. Scrub-a-Dub-Dub! 🤲

Rub your hands together like this:

Palms together

Backs of your hands

Between your fingers

Around your thumbs

Fingertips and nails
Keep scrubbing for 20 seconds – about the time it takes to sing “Happy Birthday” twice! 🎵

4. Rinse Away the Germs 🌊

Wash all the bubbles and germs down the drain with clean water.

5. Dry Time! 🧴

Use a towel or air dryer to get your hands nice and dry.

6. Bye-Bye Germs! 👋

Turn off the tap (use a towel if you want!) and give a big smile – your hands are now super clean! 😄

🌟 Easing First-Day-of-School Jitters 🦊
The first day can feel BIG — for kids and parents! Here are a few ways to help those butterflies turn into excitement:

💬 Talk it out – Share what the day might look like and let your child ask questions.
👕 Do a “practice run” – Try the morning routine ahead of time so it feels familiar.
🎒 Pack together – Let your child choose a special snack or item for their backpack.
👋 Create a goodbye ritual – A hug, high-five, or silly handshake can make drop-off easier.
💖 Stay positive – Kids pick up on our feelings, so a calm smile goes a long way.

✨ Remember — nerves are normal! With a little preparation, your child can start the year feeling confident and cared for.
