TanaBell Health Services Acquires Carriage Cove Short Stay Rehabilitation and Care Center
Rexburg, Idaho – October 2025
TanaBell Health Services proudly announces its acquisition of Carriage Cove Short Stay Rehabilitation and Care Center from Madison Memorial Hospital. TanaBell has successfully managed the facility since 2018, and this transition to full ownership signifies a continued commitment to exceptional care, stability, and service within the Rexburg community.
While ownership of the physical plant has changed, Carriage Cove will continue daily operations without interruption. The same dedicated team of caregivers, staff, and leaders will remain in place, providing the compassionate, high-quality care residents and families have come to trust.
