What is HypnoBirthing®?

HypnoBirthing® is a tried and proven technique, as well as a philosophy that guides and prepares a woman in giving birth in a peaceful and extraordinarily beautiful manner. It is a program that considers the psychological, as well as the physical, well-being of the mother, her birth partner, and the newborn, independent of context, whether that be in the quiet of a home, a hospital, or a birth center.

The HypnoBirthing® program is built around an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition, and positive body toning. Most importantly it fosters an air of mutual respect for the birthing family, as well as the healthcare provider in a traditional healthcare system or an alternative setting.

Introducing American Heart Association's HeartCode Complete Program!!!

HeartCode Complete is available for BLS, ACLS and PALS training through online learning modules and eSimulations available at Madison Memorial Hospital Education. Learners will also perform compressions and ventilations on an adult/child and infant voice-assisted manikin at our facility’s simulation station to earn their eCards.

HeartCode Complete provides users with detailed debriefing after each online learning module and real-time audio and visual feedback during skills sessions to ensure learners are receiving the highest-quality training possible.

Women: If you are experiencing back pain, prolapse, or incontinence we have a Free Pelvic Health Class that may help!

This class is designed to provide education about your pelvic floor/core. The pelvic floor supports the bladder, uterus, va**na and bowels. This 2 hour class will cover the possible reasons why problems can occur and information on exercises that may be helpful.
