Meditation is one of those things I absolutely love doing, and I want to make more time for. I love it because it grounds me and helps me stay where my hands are! I tried a guided meditation last night on Youtube and I fell asleep in less than 10 minutes! 🤯

2020 was a lot. We all went through it. We all experienced highs and lows.
In the midst of 2020, I got hired at Tami's Salon and Spa. At first, I expected it to be like any salon...Then I was introduced to beUtofullness! I found what I was missing in my life!
