WE ARE HIRING. Please read carefully. THIS IS A FULL-TIME, LONG TERM POSITION. Apply in person. We only accept applicants who are not in school (whether online or in person) and can commit to at least two years of work. Stop by our office located at 300 North 2nd East- Monday through Thursday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with a resume. This position would start as soon as possible with paid training beforehand.
Work hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday. Please do not apply if you cannot commit Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. for at least two years. We do not work Fridays or Saturdays.
Responsibilities include: various reception work such as scheduling and making/answering calls, assisting the dentist with all procedures (root canals, crown preps, fillings, wisdom teeth removal, implants, etc.), documenting information in the patient charts, sterilization of instruments and operatory rooms, x-rays, and general office cleaning.
We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, extremely organized, and can multi-task. This is a position where you will fill many roles. As you would be the first point of patient interaction, communication and excellent people skills and phone skills are necessary. We are a small office, so it is essential to be a team player, even-tempered, friendly, and on top of things.
Basic computer/technology skills required.
Experience not required. We are very willing to train the right applicant.
