This week has been an emotional one for many of us. We’ve seen too much hate, violence, and sadness in the news, and we’ve remembered the tragedy of 9/11—where we were, and how the world seemed to stop turning that day.

As we head into the weekend, I just want to say this: take time to go home, hug your loved ones, laugh with your children, and soak in the moments that matter. Tomorrow is never promised, and I know I sometimes forget that myself.
