An authentic pilates studio located in Rhinebeck, NY since 2003. We are fully equipped with Gratz apparatus, including what is believed to be Joseph Pilates‘ original Cadillac from his 8th Ave studio. Rhinebeck Pilates is the only truly fully equipped studio in the entire Hudson Valley area, providing students with the complete pilates repertoire as Joe Pilates envisioned. Our walls are covered with rare and one of a kind archival photographs to inspire both teachers and students to practice exercises as Joseph Pilates intended and to their fullest potential.
Private sessions and small group classes are available. Elaine Ewing: Owner/Pilates Instructor with 18 years experience in teaching Classical Pilates.
