🏕️ Adventure Awaits at Brookmeade! 🏕️

As part of our Passport Program, The Brookmeade Community went on a Virtual Camping Trip and Tour of U.S. National Parks — no bug spray required! 🌲

Upon "arrival," each camper received special memorabilia including a bracelet, button, sticker, and even a temporary tattoo!

We gathered 'round the campfire for live country music by the talented Mike Macagnone, and of course, enjoyed a delicious camp-themed menu prepared by Chef Eric, Luis, and David. 🍔🌭

Residents also roasted marshmallows and made their own s’mores — including S’more Cookies donated by the Northern Dutchess Girl Scout Troop 10600! 🍫🔥

From campfire songs to sweet treats and shared laughter, it was a day filled with good food, good company, and great memories!

🚀 Out of This World Fun at The Meadows! 🛸

The last few days have been full of celebration at The Meadows! Yesterday, we honored National Postal Workers Day and Hershey Kisses Day with a special visit from Tom Marshall, a retired Rural Carrier with 38 years of dedicated service. Tom shared stories from his time at the Post Office and handed out Hershey Kisses to all. Before he left, we proudly presented him with a certificate recognizing his incredible service.

Today, we had a blast celebrating World UFO Day with cupcakes, "Alien Punch," and a showing of E.T. — because no celebration is complete without a little extraterrestrial fun! 👽
