I’m Dr. Casey, chiropractor and owner of Rhinebeck Chiropractic — a family-centered practice specializing in perinatal, postpartum, and pediatric care.

Around here, we focus on helping you feel more connected to your body, move with confidence, and support your family’s health from bump → birth → baby → beyond.

Because your body deserves more than “just push through it,” and your kids deserve care that actually meets them where they are.
This is a space where you’re supported, seen, and empowered — no matter what season of life you’re in.

A few fun facts about me:
✨ I’m a girl mom to a very sweet 3.5-year-old
✨ I love reading anything that will absolutely wreck you emotionally (yes, crying counts as self-care 😂)
✨ I’m obsessed with working out — especially in our family garage gym
✨ I used to compete in powerlifting and bodybuilding 💪
✨ Movement is my love language… and helping you enjoy movement again is kind of my superpower
