What can you hear… right now… right here… in this moment?

In the busy-ness of our days, moments continually pass without notice as our minds flit between what happened earlier (the past) and what we anticipate will happen later (the future). When we tune into a current sensory experience - in this case, hearing sounds - we become grounded in the present. This grounding in the present - this moment of mindfulness - helps us shift from reaction to intention. This also can elicit the side effect of cuing our nervous system to calm.

So let’s tune in together to the sounds that surround us. Let’s share this moment of mindfulness.
