Foraging was a success, thank you friend!!!

And found a few hidden red clover as a bonus!!!

Note to self - don’t leave the clover outside to dry. Bunnies 🐰 say thank you 🤣

Goldenrod - good for allergies, sinus infections and UTIs

Echinacea (coneflower) - good for inflammation and respiratory health

Bergamot - good for a antiseptic, antibacterial, anti fungal, antiviral and astringent

I will be making tinctures and teas.

My arrival in this world on the West Coast
was short lived as I was destined to
expand in the Midwest.

Existing in the corporate lifestyle
for over two decades,
my vertigo and panic
told to me by Western Medicine this was my "new normal".

The search began in all the other forms
and what I found was an awakening.

A dive into biblical archeology,
understanding of my experiential caused sensitivity,
feeling truth is subjective,
a second attempt at marriage failed,
and
a search for my home within.

What I now share are the tools
that have made all the difference
on my quest for feeling good
emotionally and physically.

It starts with a conversation, connecting energy.
Then you decide what you are ready for...

Whenever I have a day with nothing scheduled, I bake or make something from scratch.

So I had an over abundance of peaches 🍑

I made peach crisp and improvised the crumble with wheat crackers and seedtastick bread in lieu of oatmeal.

Very tasty imho 😋

This week has been loud and definitely unpredictable.

I am grateful for the quiet today and the consolation that all construction pertaining to this home is complete.

Now I am entering a phase of offsite construction - all my dreams wrapped up in a new building.

Excited, nervous and more joyful than ever.

This time in my life feels like the final push for manifesting my deepest desires and embracing my highest, divine plan.

The construction at my current home preparing me to be comfortable in the chaos, for a time.

Life is a culmination of events starting from the moment we take a breath.

What have you experienced impacting your life as it is today?

What would you like to be different?

The older I get, the more reflective I become. What have I done and how have I contributed? What is my legacy? My pursuit to answering these questions has led me closer to God and the overarching purpose of loving one another. Beautiful people have blessed me with an understanding of what true, effective leadership is, energy work, essential oils, life coaching, and an overall appreciation of people and where they are in their journey. These practices have helped me to be a better person, wife, mom, friend, professional, and I have been able to help others be the same.

I am an Energy Coach using an integrated approach of coaching and Reiki healing energy. Sessions are catered to each individual client and may include meditation and unprocessed feelings release. I have been a certified life coach since 2017 and a Reiki practitioner since 2013. The coaching process I offer includes an introductory session and your choice of:

Six (6) individual coaching/Reiki sessions,

Three (3) month program including eight (8) individual coaching/Reiki sessions, intuitive coaching in between sessions, free on-line weekly group training, and two (2) workshops of your choice.

Six (6) month program including twelve (12) individual coaching/Reiki sessions, intuitive coaching in between sessions, free-on-line weekly group graining, and four (4) workshops of your choice, including training to become a Reiki practitioner.
