Today our residents enjoyed two educational activities that sparked learning and conversation! We watched a documentary on the Mexican Revolution along with an informational video about the history of Mexico. Our residents truly enjoy learning about different countries, cultures, and important moments in history. It is always wonderful seeing their curiosity grow as they explore and share knowledge together. Learning never stops, and today was another great day of discovery and social engagement! 🌎📚❤️

Our residents enjoyed a Hydration Station during today’s activity, Fast Food Comedy Hour featuring Jim Gaffigan! 😊💧 Residents stayed refreshed while enjoying water along with Ants in a log and string cheese. It was a wonderful time filled with laughter, fun, and socialization as everyone relaxed and enjoyed the activity together! ❤️

🌮🎉 Fiesta Taco Tuesday was a huge success! Our residents enjoyed delicious Mexican birria tacos loaded with avocados, taco sauce, and all the extra fixings to make the meal extra special. The excitement was contagious, and many residents shared that they were so full and satisfied they wouldn’t even need dinner tonight! ❤️

Along with amazing food, everyone enjoyed wine, soda, great conversations, and wonderful socialization. Staff also joined in on the fun, making it an even more memorable time together. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and full happy bellies made today one to remember! 🌮🥑🥤🍷💛

Today after our work out in Chair yoga, our residents enjoyed a Hydration Station Social! 💧💙 Residents refueled with yogurt topped with fresh cut-up strawberries 🍓, string cheese, and refreshing water. It was a wonderful way to recharge, stay hydrated, and enjoy time together after staying active. Smiles all around and another successful wellness activity in the books! 😊

Our Pre-Mother’s Day Tea Party was an absolute success! 💐 We loved spending time with all of the residents, families, and guests who joined us for such a special celebration. The laughter, smiles, and wonderful company made the day truly memorable. We are so grateful for every family member who attended and helped make our residents feel so loved and celebrated this Mother’s Day season. ❤️

Today was filled with so many smiles and happy hearts as we handed out Mother’s Day gifts and cards to our residents. 🌹💐 Each resident received a beautiful rose, a pocket hug, a thoughtful card from our community, and a special handmade card from our beloved Amy, who so generously creates heartfelt cards for our residents so often. ❤️

Seeing the joy on everyone’s faces and how much these small acts of kindness meant to them made today truly special. Moments like these remind us how important love, thoughtfulness, and community really are. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers and mother figures we are blessed to celebrate! 💕

Our residents — and even some staff — got creative painting mini flower pots for the dining room tables 🌸🎨 Everyone had so much fun showing off their artistic side, and each pot turned out unique and colorful! This month’s country is 🇲🇽 Mexico 🇲🇽 and our residents got to enjoy a fresh guacamole tasting and will be trying some delicious Mexican-inspired foods! 🌮🥑 It was so much fun seeing everyone try new flavors, share laughs, and learn a little more about the culture through food.
