Hello and Happy Thursday!! I want to let people that have Eyemed Vision, Delta Dental, Humana, etc. know that Eyewear Express IS IN-NETWORK for these plans. We are also a PLUS provider. Somehow we got removed from the "Provider Locator" on their website. They are trying to fix it, but it's taking them a while. If you have any questions about whether we are in-network with your insurance plan, please give us a call at 715-365-1515. I apologize for any inconvenience! It should be rectified soon! 😊

Due to the weather forecast, and with the amount of snow we are supposed to get tonight into Monday afternoon, Eyewear Express will be closed on Monday, March 16th. Good snowy morning everyone! Due to a sewer line leak in the basement of our building, we will be closed today, Friday 3/13 so they can get it repaired.
