Crystal Sound Healing
Friday, July 1st 6-7:15pm $20

Each part of our bodies has its own natural frequency. We are vibrational beings and when we’re healthy, all of our cells, tissues and organs are vibrating in harmony. Illness results when a part of the body begins to vibrate at a different frequency, out of tune with the rest. Sound healing assists in reducing tension and stress while restoring harmony, energy and balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Experience these healing vibrations as the soothing sound waves emanating from a beautiful Crystal Lyre wash over and transcend you to a place of deep relaxation and inner peace. We begin with a brief description and matching sound for each chakra, come into a restful position either seated or lying down to listen to the lyre. Chakra Balancing Restorative Yoga

Join me for a relaxing restorative practice aimed at balancing the Chakras. The poses will move up through each of the seven major energy centers while incorporating the use of essential oils. Class will end with the playing of a crystal lyre during an extended savasana. The soothing sounds and vibrations from this beautiful instrument will take you to new found levels of peaceful bliss. Introduction to Chakras

What are Chakras? Where are they located? How does an under or over active Chakra affect us physically, mentally, and emotionally? Learn the answers to these questions and more as we explore the 7 major energy centers within our subtle bodies. We will discuss ways in which we can stay clear and balanced through the use of mantras, mudras, and meditation. We will also experience the effects of sound, scents, and gemstones related to each Chakra. Included is a small pouch filled with Chakra gemstones. $35
